From Maison Martin Margiela’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection, designed by the in-house MMM team after Martin’s departure, this parka blends utilitarian function with a conceptual twist. Its semi-transparent polyamide construction plays with layering and silhouette, while lace strings at the waist and hem—paired with silver toggle hardware—allow for adjustable shaping. A detachable hood secured with silver snap buttons adds versatility, making the piece both practical and avant-garde.
