HISTORY
From Undercover’s Autumn/Winter 2001–2002 “DAVF” collection under Jun Takahashi, a series noted for its experimental take on Americana staples through surreal graphic interventions. The collection explored distortion and fragmented motifs, often combining traditional varsity silhouettes with irreverent appliqué and layered textures. This piece exemplifies Takahashi’s early-2000s approach to subcultural uniforms, blending collegiate codes with disruptive graphics.
