HISTORY
From Rick Owens’ Autumn/Winter 2001 “SLAB” collection, his first full runway presentation in New York, the season cemented his raw, deconstructed aesthetic and darkly romantic vision. The line was characterized by elongated silhouettes, distressed treatments, and unexpected fabric pairings, marking the beginning of Owens’ now-signature architectural approach to knitwear and layering.
