HISTORY
From the Spring/Summer 2022 “Strobe” collection, Rick Owens introduced an updated take on his Vintage Sneaks silhouette, originally inspired by classic Vans skate shoes. Known for their elongated proportions and exaggerated geometric details, these sneakers bridge Owens’ signature minimalism with references to subcultural footwear. The Strobe season emphasized sharp contrasts and bold graphic elements across both apparel and footwear.
