HISTORY
First introduced in 1987 and designed by Tinker Hatfield, the Nike Air Trainer 1 became the original cross-training sneaker, bridging multiple sports with a single design. This SE (Special Edition) update continues the legacy with modern material choices while retaining the midfoot strap and multi-surface outsole that defined the silhouette. Released in the 2020s, it nods to archival design while offering contemporary detailing.
